It takes our managers approximately 1–2 business days to process your order when purchasing sports supplements in Ireland. After processing, the customer receives an invoice for payment.
After payment, the buyer must provide a receipt confirming the transaction. The receipt must indicate the date and time of payment, the amount, and the bank account number to which the transfer was made. Please note that it usually takes between 24 and 48 hours for the funds to appear in our account. Orders are shipped within 4 to 10 days after payment.
All pharmaceutical products are delivered throughout Ireland via international courier services. The average delivery time across Ireland is 6 days. Once the parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so that the customer can monitor the progress of their delivery.
Please note: Our company is not a delivery service and therefore is not responsible for the parcel once it is within Ireland.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be issued if the customer cancels the order before it has been packaged. A refund is also possible if the parcel has been returned to our warehouse and has not been handed over to the customer.
Due to an increase in cases of dishonest refund requests, we only issue refunds after the package has been returned to our office. This policy is in place to prevent situations where customers request refunds while their packages are already en route or about to be delivered.
Approximate Shipping Costs
- If the total order amount is less than or equal to €150, the estimated shipping cost is approximately €35.
- If the total order value is between €150 and €300, the shipping cost is €20.
- If your order exceeds €300, our company will cover the shipping costs.
Our managers are available to help you select the right ATP or sports pharmaceutical products for your needs. Please note that all medicines and pharmaceutical goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Important Notice
Our online sports pharmacy reserves the right to replace an item in your order with an equivalent product containing the same active ingredient. Such replacements are made only in cases where the original item is out of stock.
The principle is simple: if a product is unavailable, we will replace it with another of equal or higher quality at no additional cost. You may even receive a premium product of higher value as a substitute.
We assure you that this process is fully transparent and designed for your convenience. You will always receive a product of equal or superior quality if a replacement is necessary.

Delivery Issues
If your order was not delivered due to an error on our part, we will either refund you in full or reship your order at our expense and provide you with a 15% discount on your next purchase.
If your order was not delivered due to customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, cancellation, or refusal to accept delivery), you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipment. Refunds cannot be issued for pharmaceutical products, as they are non-refundable by law.
