Delivery of goods

The main advantage of our company over others is that we deliver throughout Ireland as well as to other countries and regions. We have an extensive logistics network and work with trusted delivery partners who can transport goods quickly and efficiently under all required conditions.

When ordering medicines from our online pharmacy, our managers process the order within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, the customer receives an invoice for payment.

After making the payment, the buyer must provide us with proof of payment in the form of a receipt confirming that the goods have been paid for. This receipt must display the date and time of payment, the exact order amount, and the bank account number to which the funds were transferred.

Order verification after payment takes between 24 and 48 hours. During this time, our managers confirm the payment status, verify the transaction details, and ensure all order information is correct. Orders are shipped within 7 to 14 days of payment.

Delivery across Ireland is carried out through international and domestic courier services.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 days. Once the goods are shipped, the customer receives a tracking number to monitor the progress, status, and location of their order. We recommend that customers regularly check their tracking information to ensure timely collection once the package arrives.

Please note: Our company is not a courier service and therefore cannot be held responsible for parcels once they are within Ireland. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it has not yet passed through customs.

Return Policy

Refunds can be requested before the order is packaged and dispatched to Irish customs. Refunds are also possible if the package is returned to our warehouse and has not been delivered to the customer.

This policy exists due to a recent increase in fraudulent refund claims. Some customers request a refund two or three days after shipment, even though orders generally arrive on time—usually within 10 days. Until the package is returned to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.

Please note: If the customer fails to collect the package within the required period or is unavailable at the delivery address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The customer has the right to request reshipment but must cover the delivery cost again.

If the customer declines reshipment, our company will refund 50% of the total payment. This reduction accounts for customs fees and handling costs. Please note that many medicines have a limited shelf life.

Our managers are always ready to assist customers in selecting the right medication. They will provide recommendations based on your needs and desired results. Please be aware that medications cannot be exchanged or returned once shipped.

We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our service and always take your preferences into account. If necessary, our online pharmacy may replace a medicine with another containing the same active ingredient from a different manufacturer. This replacement is made only if the original product is out of stock.
